New Holiday Home -    

Our new holiday home overloking the lake at Marton Mere holiday village near Blackpool has just reopened for the new 2010 season. We are looking forward to using the new facilities there as they have just completed a £2 Million refurb and re-development project so our reidents and are looking forward to spending weekends there throughout the summer and later in the year when the famous Blackpool Iluminations are on. The accommodation itself is a 3 Bedroom caravan that will comfortably sleep 3/5 persons with privacy. We will look forward to posting some 'holiday snaps' on our website soon, so watch this space !!


Green Fingers -

Some of the residents of Bradmere and Merrymeet have enjoyed being involved with community based gardening projects in the past and have now decided to run their own scheme at the Care homes. We do have our names down on the waiting list to accquire our own allotment so until that becomes available all is welcome to continue to keep our gardens looking good this summer.  

Eyes Down -

Staff and residents have been enjoying their regular Bingo afternoons with some really good token prizes for the lucky winners. This is a really good laugh with some funny tales to tell, So fingers crossed for a good win next time. Everyone keep practicing.................. 'HOUSE'.
